A. At the request of the parents and the student

If for any reason the parents and the student want to terminate the Agreement before its end date, a notice in writing must be given immediately to the Quality Guardianship (QG). QG will then calculate and pay the amount that is to be refunded.

An amount of £833 (£2,500÷3) for each remaining full term from the date of notice of termination of Agreement will be refunded. However, pro rata refund will NOT be made for the rest of the term during which the Agreement is terminated. A handling charge of £200 is due to the parents as compensation to Q.G. for the losses of booking fees for any services and administrative cost.

B. At the request of the Quality Guardianship

The QG reserves the right to terminate the Agreement at any time if the student is found to be misbehaving; failing to cooperate with the QG; and/or disregarding wilfully the advices and supervision given by the QG, etc. A notice of termination will be given to the parent one month in advance to allow sufficient time for the parent to employ a replacement guardian for the student.

An amount of £833 (£2,500÷3) for each remaining full term from the effective date of termination of Agreement will be refunded. However, pro rata refund will NOT be made for the rest of the term during which the Agreement is terminated.
